What access do you need?

One ads account (viewer/read-only), your website URL, and GA4/GTM viewer only if tracking is part of the audit. On the call we tell you exactly what to share. For the free fix later, temporary edit on that one tool only. Never billing. Never full admin.

Do you need login to my website?

Accepted Answer

Not to audit it. We review the live site from the outside. Website login is only needed if we later agree a free fix that lives inside the site (for example a form or tag change).

Is this really free? What's the catch?

We spend real hours on each audit. We only take on clients whose accounts we've actually reviewed, so this is our filter as much as your risk-free trial. No card required. No auto-enrolment.

Question 4

What if I don't want to continue after?

Accepted Answer

Keep the report. Keep the fix. Walk away. No follow-up spam. We might send one honest "how did the fix perform?" email a month later. You can ignore it.

How long does it take?

About 5 working days from access grant to written report, plus a walkthrough call. Then 1 to 3 days to implement the free fix once you approve it. Roughly 10 working days end to end.

What if my accounts are already well-run?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a written all-clear: what's working, what to monitor, where you might scale. We don't invent problems. If everything's tight, we say so and part ways cleanly.

Do you work with UK businesses from Dubai?

Yes. Our working day overlaps UK morning hours. WhatsApp us in your morning and you'll usually get a reply the same day.

Question 8

What does the report actually contain?

A PDF covering findings with screenshots or queries, ranked by impact and effort, plus recommended fixes. Also a Loom walkthrough where I explain the top findings in plain English.

Question 9

Who pays for the free fix implementation?

We do. The one caveat: the fix must be under 3 hours of implementation work. We're not rebuilding your website or launching a new campaign for free.

Question 10

What happens if we agree to work together after the audit?

Accepted Answer

We send a plain-English proposal with retainer options. No lock-in. Month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Question 11

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

We'll sign a mutual NDA after the first discovery call. Not before. Pre-call NDAs slow things down without protecting anything you haven't shared yet.

Question 12

What if I'm not on Google or Meta, just LinkedIn or TikTok?

Same process. Same £1,000+/month minimum. Mention it on the booking form and we'll scope access for that platform.
